Christopher T. Raines, CPA Partner

Chris founded the CPA firm in November 2001 and has since developed two additional service companies that support each other.  Chris has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University and has been practicing as a CPA since 1994.

Chris provides consulting services to closely held businesses focusing on business growth and exit strategies.  He has an extensive background in the manufacturing and professional service sectors. Chris holds his licenses in Connecticut and New York and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Connecticut Society of CPAs.

Lisa A. Sinapi, CPA Partner

Lisa joined the firm in October 2012 after a career in private industry as an internal auditor.  Lisa has a Bachelor degree in accounting from Wagner College and has been a CPA since 1992. 

Lisa provides tax, accounting, compliance, and advisory services to individual and business clients.  She has extensive experience with QuickBooks and compliance matters our business clients face.  Lisa manages the staff and day-to-day operations of the office to ensure an efficient workflow to meet the needs of our clients.
